Looking For A Bird Lease

I'm looking for a bird hunting lease (ducks, geese, and dove) near the Houston area. I haven't had any good leads so I'm reaching out to the TBH brethren. I live in Katy so I would prefer west of Houston. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

I hunted last year with Third Coast Outfitters. I had a executive style lease with 4 other buddies. I think we paid 5500.00. We had great hunts and averaged around 6 birds per man. One hunt four of us knocked down 57 birds.

They have other memberships that are less expensive.
