    150" Buck

How much would a 150" buck cost me on a guided hunt?

I have been thinking about trying to book a hunt for something for my dad. His health has really turned in a bad direction and in the back of mind I think this could be his last hunting season.

He has loved to hunt all his life, but has never killed a Big Buck. A 150" deer would be by far bigger than anything he has ever killed.

If I can make this happen I would just want to tag along and let him do the hunting. I would just like to show him some appreciation for all the sacrifices he made to make sure that I always had a place to hunt growing up...

Damon, that would be the greatest gift you could give your dad. Can't help you on the price of your hunt. My father passed away when I was twenty-six, didn't really think he was that sick and probably lost the chance to do what your attempting to do. I'm not sure that at twenty-six that I could have afforded a hunt but I'm sure there could have been something. I fly WWII airplanes and I can't help but think that he would have absolutely loved riding with me. Never had the chance since I started flying long after his passing. If you can make it happen I would bet he would be so grateful for the hunt, but most likely would treasure getting to spend quality time with you. Good luck my friend.

Very cool Damon. Hope you can make it happen but remember your old man probably just wants to hunt with you. The 150" would just be icing. Good luck bud!

there are some places where that could be considered a cull if you aren't in search of a perfectly typical buck. the cost would be a lot less. I am doing the same thing for my grandad this coming season.

Awsome lodge with some great deer taken every year.
Give Robert a call and see if he can work with you on pricing.
I would love to do something like this for my dad some day.

Running average is a deer up to 150 B&C is 5000.00 and anything over that is 150.00 a inch or B&C point..

Thanks for the info guys, I am going to keep looking around. I am not sure that I can swing $5000.00... I may just have to resort to trying to put him on something at my lease....

You could bowhunt the midwest for about 3000 and kill much bigger
