put a feed together for some friends this weekend...

Baby backs and stuffed pork loins on the smoker...stuffed one with boudan and queso fresco and one with maple cranberry and apples.


Part of the spread...the tenderloins and ribs, grilled king crab, salad, mama CC's famous jalapeno potato salad and jalapeno cheese grits...the cosmiccowboy creamed corn is still on the stove...


Hitting the shade with a platter full of good eats before a good nap LOL
