Propane grill noise??What does it mean

I fired up the grill for some axis burgers and it's makeing a weird noise..kinda like a car horn. I opened the bottom door where the tanksits and everything looked ok. The regulater thingee is what's making the noise.

Maybe running out of fuel? Clogged valve?

Just got a gas grill myself so I haven't runn into this but these would be my guess.

I know they start howling a bit when the pressure is to high. How open do you have the valve? All the way?
