It has been exciting to have a pretty good team this year. We are now three games back and have the Red Sox coming to town next week. What are the odds we are still within 5 games next Friday? Any handicappers out there?

They limped into the break. I thought they might come out with their batteries charged but it doesn't appear to be working out that way. I'll keep watchin though just because I have always loved the Rangers. I just keep telling myself Nolan is going to get this thing going one way or another.Comment

I think as TBH'rs we all need to realize what our team's histories are.
Rangers - 1st half team
Astros - 2nd half team
So next year we should all start out rooting for the rangers, then at the all star break everyone switch over and root for the astros.

I am not too worried, they hadn't been planning on making it to the playoffs, sure it would have been nice, but it is still a building year. Doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see them do it this year
