Anyone know when Dove Season starts?

I'm trying to get a flight for my brother from Georgia in advance to save on the price if possible but TPWD still says to be announced on th season. Just wondering if anyone has an inside track for the South Zone.

Sept 1st is a TUESDAY and dove season ALWAYS opens on Sept 1st for north zone NO MATTER WHAT DAY IT IS>>> happy hunting.. IM ready
