It took place over the last week in San Angelo. It will be in Lewisville next year. You do have to be a paid firefighter to attend.

May be right Flame, just going off the info on the web site. I was not given that info by anyone running the show.

Flame, I shot in the compound fixed pin. I got flited in the 2nd flite and ended up taking silver some how. What class were you in? I did see a TBH sticker on a silver dodge, but never made any connection while I was there.

That was me. I was in the same flight missed medals by that much. Congrats on your medal. The gold medal for that flite is a buddy. Thanx for the sticker sighting. My first to be called out.

Thanks to everyone for showing up. Sorry I had to x the second day. I did not want to tear up the range and the majority that I spoke to did not want to shoot. I sat downt tonight and let my little girl pick 10 numbers between 1 and 40. I used the first day cards and scored everyone with in thier flight with the score from that target. It was a possible score of 100. Keep an eye on the web sight to see who got medals for the second day. texasfirefighterolympics.com There were some shooters move up into the medals that did not get them the 1st day. Thanks again and remember Lewisville next year the 3rd week of July. To answer the questions about eligibility, the bylaws state uniformed paid firefighters. We let commissioned firefighters into some events last year and this year and it will be reviewed again at our Sept. meeting.
