Muzzleloader Question

Ok, now that it looks like my county is going to have a muzzleloader season it looks like I'm in the market for one. Do they have them now that go on a like a Thompson Contender that I can buy and swap barrell out with something else? What are the best out there?

make sure it can be a center fire before you go out and buy one! alot of blackpowder seasons you can not use a centerfire, it has to be sidehammer only.

Does anyone know what the Texas season will allow?

Last I heard, all muzzleloaders can be used during the season, in-line as well as primitive. Only a few public lands in west TX only allow primitive ML.

A T/C with the will be your best bet for the the barrel swap. I seen one that had the ML, .308. and .22LR barrels and he even let me shoot each barrel. NICE...maybe one day I will be able to afford one.
