I am a VIP with Verizon and they have been taking care of me like this for years. I really enjoy the working relationship I have with them and they have always been good to me.

Thats what I was told when I renewed but they did adjust and I lost several thousand r/o minutes. Don't mean to bash AT&T because I do like their service, been with them for years.......note: I can text from our lease just fine, making and receiving calls not so good

Breezy & FishnDud must not have your cell number. I had to bump UP my minutes after they got mine.

I've had good luck with US Cell but hate their phone selection. I need to look into AT&T.

Can you keep the same number nowadays when you change carriers?

Yes you can. We switched over from Verizon to AT&T when we moved to Houston and we still have our Victoria numbers. Too many people already had them to be switching stuff around.

Check your next bill. I wonder if they duped you into a lower service just to get rid of all those RO minutes. Hope not... but...

I have over 20,000 roll over minutes, they are going to put my wife and kids phone on my plan so I can utlize the minutes.

I'm telling you now it will be adjusted, doesn't matter if your accumulating that many minutes having 7k is not a good thing. Your paying for something you don't need.

If you went down your minutes will be adjusted down. Front line guy on the phone doesn't have authority to "freeze" anything especially when he's pricing down the total bill rev of the account.

They didn't, it was effictive today, looked online. All of my billing info was changed, the rollover minutes stayed the same.

Believe me, I was very cautious.... and I made sure that I would not lose them.

I'm not trying to say that you were wrong. But I was pretty surprised myself. The rollover minutes are not gone. Promise.
