Monkey chow question...

What would happen to animals other than coons if they ate it. Specifically cattle, hogs, deer. I have a coon problem but can't seem to get out there at 2:30 AM when they're hitting the feeder. If it won't harm cattle I may get some. Any ideas? How do you you spread it out? Thanks

You can make a box that only a coon can get into easily. Put the bowl inside of the box. You can put a screw through the bowl and into the wood floor so it doesn't tip over. Just an idea.

What does "monkey chow" do to a coon? What ingredient or combination does the trick?

if i remember right it basically shuts down the digestive tract and kills them. You can get it at some of the smaller feed stores.

They say it is safe for other livestock.
