    Google Map?

I have seen people on here before with a picture of the terrain from google maps. I was wondering how they were able to do that, cause I can't seem to find a button anywhere to be able to save the image...

    Thanks in advance

When I right click (www.maps.google.com), I get a menu box that I can get directions, zoom in/out, but not save. What I do is <Alt> and <Prnt Scrn>, and then paste it into Power Point. Then I enlarge the pasted image in PP to be the size and area I want, and use the preview button in PP to see where I am. Then I do a save-as and save it as a jpeg image.

It's a pia until you've done it a bunch of times, then it's pretty easy.

MWSnap is a free download that will let you take a rectangular "snapshot" of anything you see on your monitor.

Or you just hit ALT and while holding, hit print screen. Open Paint and then hit CTRL-V (paste) and there it is. Crop out what you don't like.

I downloaded Google Earth. Fun to play with, and being able to rotate 360 degrees instead of North 'up' and change the angle you're looking at the area from. I was able to see the individual bushes that we were hunting in this w/e and the shadow of the telephone pole, pretty amazing stuff. But I still could not right click to save it.
