    Bow Shooting Question

I just bought a new bow and was wondering.....is your brace arm supposed be fully locked when your at full draw, or should there be a flex in your elbow? just wondering becasue it seems like im holding more weight than I should we I pull back. It could be me though since Im pretty new to shooting. Any thoughts?

If youre arm is straight then I would guess that you are hitting it with the string. So if you bend your elbow slightly it will get your arm out of the way and you will shoot more consistant groups

Roll your elbow out and your shoulder in and down.
You'll notice that your shoulder will kinda "lock" and it'll be MUCH easier to hold the bow steady. At the same time, this will kick your forearm out just a tad and eliminate any string slap. It feels awkward at first, but after you practice it, it'll become second nature.

If you hit your arm you need to flex alittle. Not too much. just unlock your elbow
