      Shame to waste such good taxidermy work on a cull buck! Pencil horned young bucks deserve a nice skull cap instead.


      I would have cut the horns off and used them for rattling horns!

              Not sure what question is (At FullDraw did you read all 4 parts ?). I use bondo for ears so I can make it fit any size ear I was just showing some earliners up against these coastal deer ears to show how much smaller they are. Typical tip to tip spread is 13". Other S Tx bucks are usually more like 17". That 4" can really throw off a on the hoof estimate for a rack in the areas where Breezy hunts.
