glystar plus / roundup on food plot question

Trying to kill weeds and Bermuda grass to get our fall food plot ready to plant.
How many ounces of this stuff do yall use per acre typically? We will be using a spray tank on the 4 weeler that holds 14 gal of solution

It is going to be tough to kill the bermuda with glyphosate alone. the only way to get close is to run a quart to the acre, even then you will probably only stump the bermuda. Try to heat it up with some crop oil and spray adjuvant such as LI 700.

I usually use around 15-20 ounces to the acre when I spray but I work on an actual farm and we normally spray our fields to kill everything with 26-28 oz/acre at 6 gal/acre

A srfactant such as prefernce will help the killing process because it will help the glyphosate penetrate that thin layer but bermuda is a hard grass to kill so it may take a second shot.

As raiderbowhunter said add some crop oil to the mix and it also wouldn't hurt to mix in some ammonium sulfate with it. Just dissolve the fertilizer good in water before mixing. Oh and we are sprayin at 40 oz/acre and its toasting the bermuda grass using this mix.
