    Hoyt customer service!

    Had the string supressor "cushion" come off my AM35 and also my string silencers had already worn out with only 2 mnths of shooting. Decided to call Hoyt today and ask if this was normal. No questions asked and the gentleman was already asking for my address to send new ones out. Thumbs up for Hoyts service
    Small things like this mean alot to me and they have a customer for life now.

    AMEN on a great Bow...AMEN on a great manufacturer and AMEN on great top-notch service. I wouldn't expect any less from HOYT.

    Wonder what other bow manufacturers would have said or done?

            My fuse string turned out to be a piece of garbage. I just went and got a new one made. I didn't contact hoyt about it but I have no doubts they would have fixed it.
