To shoot this 6 point or not

I have seen this deer along with 2 other 6 points that are nearly identical for years now. The land owner will not allow us to shoot anything under 130". To me this is a mature deer and I have seen him probably 10 times during the rut and late season. He hinted around that he may allow us to shoot him with a bow but this deer does not hold a pattern and we see him around the entire 1200 acre lease on any given day. LEt me know what you think. I think he is a cull and would make a beautiful mount.

We already have alot in my opinion. 3 on our property alone. One a little bit smaller than this one and one a little bigger. Our neighbors also have seen some but they will probably shoot them b/c they shoot 120" or better and I believe this deer is close to that so maybe they will solve the problem for us.
