So here I sit on the wheeler pouring swet out wondering if a food plot would benefit me this hunting season. My area is VERY thick and holds deer but I'm thinking a small plot might help. I have 1 shooting lane about 30yds long and maybe 5yds wide and another in front about 40yds long and 10yds wide. Do you guys think it's worth planting and if so what should I plant here in East Tx?

I planted a small food plot like that last year and they ate it as fast as it came up. Don't plant it too early or you can forget about it being there come opening day.Comment
