    Limbdriver Rest Question

I just had a limbdriver put on my bow and am not liking the noise it makes when the rest hits the shelf. Any advice on what I can do, other than change rests?

Put some padding between the rest and the shelf. Moleskin works well and is available in varying thicknesses. You can always put some camouflage fleece over the moleskin.

Me... I'd put moleskin on the shelf... and maybe raise the rest a few thousands of an inch...

I have mine adjusted where it doesn't contact the shelf. Already had moleskin on the shelf. I don't hear anything that sounds like the rest is contacting the shelf.

Raise the elevation adjustment keeping the launcher parallel with shelf so that the launcher doesn't contact shelf. If the launcher is higher than Berger button hole at this setting when in the up position you will have to adjust lift limit collar and resest cord.

I put a limbsaver rest pad on my riser and there is ZERO noise from the rest. I also have the limbdriver rest. I'm still undecided on if I like it or not. I love my old dropzone.

I really like the limbsaver pad also. Use one with my Schaffer drop away rest with zero noise also.

                      limbsaver pad x 4

Limb Saver small pad sticks to the riser shelf and arrow holder

the LS material is soft , spongy, and reduces noise/vibration

i place some mole skin on the bottom side of the Y prong arrow rest

another pic with mole skin felt
