Several requested some feedback so i'll just do it all in one post....
Well after placing all four out in the field on May 9th, all cameras are still operational which is a good start........
...I have to say I am extremely pleased with the performance of the camera except one feature....the storage capacity of the maximum 2GB cards.
As you can see below, the Scoutguard box states that the camera's estimated capacity on a 2GB card at the lowest setting of 3MP(megapixels) is 4,000 pics. When installing the cards, the remote states that the estimated capacity was around 1923 pics. I asked some Scoutguard experts on their forum about this and was told two different things. The box is an estimation and the capacity depends on the pics themselves (
) and the capacity was more like 3,400.
I had my settings on 3MP and on 4 cameras on 4 different setups got 1804, 1775, 1796 and 1822 pics and all but one had the cards full. I missed the last two weeks of pics which had pretty significant antler growth on other lease members' cameras ....this was all I was really interested in. Had i known the capacity would have truly been 1800ish I would have gone back earlier or set them out later. I understand there will be a variance but less than 50% of the advertised amount the box estimated was poor information so keep that in mind. Based on the links below I think the box is wishful thinking (read BS)

Another site....

However, this is not that big of deal as I'll just have to adjust the # of pics and time between intervals. Plus I won't be away more than 1.5 months from here to deer season. Just don't be fooled by the box folks.
Other than that, I can't say enough good about the camera right now. They were all functioning well....the daytime pics were clear and crisp... the nighttime pics were darker as many have alluded to, but good enough for where we put them. The battery life was greatness with all still on three bars (full) after 1800ish pics. The 1 sec trigger speed of this camera shines as well. Rarely did I get just a buttside of a deer unless there was a large number with several setting it off. They are some sensitive dudes as well...in fact, if you have a lot of moving trees in the background, I would suggest setting the sensitivity a little lower. It picked up my truck easily at 60-70 yards away from the camera when we pulled up.
Nothing much to look at antler wise as most of the pics stopped in the middle of June but here are some for the review. On a side note, the rain has left the deer in a much healthier position than last season. Very excited about the next few months of Trail Cam Season...

Daytime pics...

Nighttime pics are few an far between. We were only feeding four seconds twice a day so the corn gets cleared up pretty quick leaving nothing for the nighttime crew . Here's a few with deer in them ...most are of coons or porcupines scavenging ....

Oh and look..the Cuddeback isn't the only camera to do doves.
