    Game Camera Stand Rigs

I have a stealth game camera with the 12v battery box and want to build a mobile stand.

I am thinking about using a t-post with bailing wire for cost and simplicity, but i have seen some cool rigs on here-

So please post pictures and ideas-- i prefer to spend under $100--

I have the same setup.....Stealth cam with external battery.....I don't have a picture of my setup with me and won't be home till late tonight but will try to get on of it tomorrow and post it.

Basically it is a galvanized fence post with angle iron "shelves" for the camera to sit on and another on the opposite side for the battery case to set on. Then I have a solar panel on the top. This whole setup slides over a t-post in the ground.

Here's my take on the Game Cam stands. 12v power. Tried to cow, coon, and squirrel proof em' as much as possible. The battery container is bolted down to the platform. Materials were less than $100 (after cams and battery box). I used flex-metal conduit to protect wiring and I used an aluminum bracket (found at hardware stores in the roofing/truss brackets area) to fashion the bracket to make the camera easily detachable (with wingnuts).

I drilled a piece of 1"X1" angle iron to fit camera mounting holes & welded it to a 6" piece of 2X2 square tubing. Drilled a 1/2" hole in the tubing toward the bottom. Welded a 3/8 nut over hole, cut a bolt & made a T handle with 3/8 threads to lock it down on a T post, works great, just drive the post in the ground & clamp on the camera.

If you look at the footers there is an eye-bolt on each footer so you can stake the stand down.
