    Where to take whitetail fawn

Is there a place around Burnet County that is a whitetail rescue facility? My office manager found a buck fawn that the mother had been killed or ran over. Any help would be appreciated

Collier, I would start with the Game Warden. .....I'll try to get someone who knows to PM you.

Unless he is sure the mother was killed he should have left it where he found it. Otherwise, what Ronnie said.

most of the time these "abandoned" fawns are simply doing what their supposed to, laying still and keeping quiet.

Collier, I can't find Bobby or Dena. Try to find a Game Warden if you can.

Don't know the particulars, she just came in this morning and asked if I knew of anyone in the area that would take care of one. The best I can tell is that it was in a neighborhood and they watched it for a couple of days and the doe hasnt come back and its getting in worse shape by the day

take it to the local vet and ask if they know of anyone. Alot of them around here know people that do wildlife rescue or whitetail management.
