Anyone care to guess as to when opening days of bow and rifle seasons will be for this year ?

Oct. 3rd Bow season and Nov. 7 for rifle

Nov 7th gun

End of season Jan 3rd.

If these guesses are correct then the youth weekend will be on Halloween.


Except for south Texas that has a never-ending deer season.

Youth weekend is on halloween this year, it happens every so often, I remember going on a TWA youth hunt halloween weekend years back. But they are also adding two more weeks at the end of rifle season for youth.

Oct. 3rd Bow season and Nov. 7 for rifle are correct, its already posted in the outdoor annual. Archery opener has always been the saturday closest to oct. 1, rifle opener has always been the first saturday in november.
