Anybody know of any good websites on how to scoring bucks on the hoof? Especially if there was a quiz type thing where you try to guess the score then look at the answer. Seems like somebody would have done something like this by now. Thanks!

i got a really useful powerpoint from here a while back, and accidently deleted in a couple days ago. sure hope whoever had that post it back up -
vicente pena?? i believe is the name of the guy. he has several dvd videos out a academy, one is called don't shoot young big bucks and another is called mexico whitetails. he may have some more out by now as well. its homemade videos with quizez on ages score, etc, pretty good info on aging/estimating scores. picked up those two last year and everybody always watches them..Comment

I was doing that yesterday and I was wrong 80% of the time and I consider myself a pretty good judge on score and age. One pic in particular there was a deer that had to have gone no more 120 at the most and the avg score they had posted for him was 138.. so I quit doing it on that sight it got my confidence downOriginally posted by KingsX View PostComment

Yea my bad what I did yesterday was the rate the deer I just did the wait or shoot and its pretty good.
