Anyone ever go through Lending Tree to refinance? Just wondered how it worked out for you. 2 of the comapnied that contacted me were Sure Point Lending and Lenders Direct. Has anyone had any dealings with those two ?

When my wife and I bought our first house on Lake Conroe we used Lending Tree. We had 8 offers in teh first hour. We ended up using RMC Vanguard Mortgage, and was completely satisfied with them. We had very low admin fees, and even the lasy completing our closing on the house commented on it. -
I used Lending Tree to finance my first house and to refinance the house I live in now. Got about 5 offers in one hour and settled on 4.25% 30 year fixed after 1.5 points (started with 4.625).Comment

I tried it and hated it! I still get mortgage companies calling me about it and that was a couple years ago. I personally just found a broker I trust and have been using him ever since. (2 refi and 1 new loan)Comment

They are great but it is hard to get rid of the spammers after you deal with them.Comment
