Just bought a 2 row John Deere 71...I've been looking for a deal on one for over a year...price was right but only downside is I have to drive up past Georgetown to pick it up...picking it up Monday just in time for the dove season food plots...

will do. I planted all black oil sunflowers last year but plan to do about half and half sunflowers and milo this year.
I timed it perfectly last year and the sunflowers were just about mature early in September (our season opens the 20th) and we had lots of birds around...it looked like it was going to be a great season......then the hurricane came and they all left the country...I had 7 acres of beautiful giant sunflowers going to seed and no doves...Last edited by cosmiccowboy; 06-10-2009, 03:43 PM.Comment
