ANother question about Parker Bows... modules

From a previous post... sounds like I got a decent Parker bow(hunter mag).

It is a 28" draw. if it does not work out for my brother, I thought I may be able to get another module to shorten the drawlength from 28 to 26" for my son to shoot.

Looking on their site, I do not see a clear cut method to buy a new module.

Has anyone purchased a new module to alter the draw length of a Parker bow?

If so... where bouts did you buy it at?

Another question for y'all. If I shorten the draw length via a new module... Will I need to get a new string/cable?

I can probably get you one from Parker. They are normally $13. No, you do not change the cables and string. We change out modules on most all our bows all the time, Parkers included.

Where ever you buy the bow from, should be able to get you modules. If they can't, I probably can.

If you take it to a place that sells Parkers they should have a box of modules. Parker kind of has an unwritten rule that if you need a new module then all you have to do is swap it out. Leave your old module and take the correct one you need. Some places will abaide by that rule others won't. I believe I have that same module for my son's bow and he probably needs the 25", but as fast as he is growing he might need a different one.

I think, not 100% sure, but I think modules for Pearson/McPhearson bows will interchange with Parker also.
