I was making arrows last night and the super glue I was using set immediately (too fast!) and on a few of my arrows I didnt get the insert seated all the way....is there anyway to "reverse" the super bond and get the insert out?? Acetone? Hot Water??

That is why I do not use Supper glue at all on my arrows.... You can not tune your broadheads or remove inserts if one gets damaged..... I only use hot melt glue. There is a process that you have to use everytime with hot glue to make sure they will not come out.....
Nothing will get that insert out without destroying the arrow shaft....

I have got them out using heat but it's a 60/40 chance on damaging the arrow.
Put a field point in and heat the tip of the point a little at a time and then twist & pull with pliers (not too much force). Repeat process until the point comes out. If any carbon fiber pulls out with it the only thing to do is cut the arrow down for a short person!

I don't know if this will work with super glue or not, but I have done this will other types of glue. Screw a field point in your insert, making sure that it doesn't bottom out or tighten up, then take a propane torch or burner and heat the field point a little and use pliers to twist and pull the insert out of the shaft. Don't get it too hot because the aluminum insert will melt. Be sure to remove your field point as soon as you get the insert out of the shaft, and after it cools down check the threads in the insert before you re-use it. Most of the time it will be ok. Good luck
