What's your preference?

Ok, your in the tree, and two bucks walk under your stand. They both score the same, but one is narrow and tall and the other is wide and short.( were talkin' racks here) Me personally I would shoot the wide buck, which one would you shoot?

I like tall tines....but I would the shoot the one that I liked the best at that time......because I also like wide racks......

Not sure which one I would shoot, but if it came down to a management question, I would shoot the wide and short because I personally like tine length more than I do width. A 20 inch wide deer with 4 inch tines just doesn't compare to a 14 inch wide deer with 8 inch tines. In my opinion at least.

Good question, I think the higher the buck scores the narrower one would look more impressive. If both bucks scored 150 the narrow one would have long tine lenght and alot of mass therefore I go with narrow.

At 170" give me wide and short cuz he'd have to be a heavy, wide biznatch......and have tines longer than what i could call short....
