    2024 Kawasaki Mule 1000

Well looks like Kawasaki has released a new motor to there already very popular Pro FXT line, the 1000. Anyone seen one in person yet? I am hearing they are running over 65 mph.

The MULE PRO-FXT™ 1000 LE side x side delivers dependable performance for the job site or the trails with a 999cc Kawasaki engine, 3- to 6-passenger Trans Cab™ System, and double-wishbone suspension with long-travel.

I'm itching to see the reviews. The Kawasaki motor and power are nice upgrades, but I'm not biting until I see how the air box is designed. The one on the pro fxt is a maintenance night mare in dusty conditions.

      Right from the website above:

Had no idea. Asked a local dealer a few days ago if he knew of any new changes coming along, and he didn’t mention anything. May not have been able to release info I’m hoping.

Wonder what this will price out compared to a Can Am HD 10.

Glad to see the 1000 is a Kawasaki engine. The old one seemed pretty reliable but the fact it was Chinese always bothered me.

The diagram of the motor looks like the air intake is in the same location. It would be great if they did a snorkel type system like the other mules.

65 mph is the top speed

I won't be upgrading anytime soon but that 1000cc would be nice!

That's what I was afraid of. No dice for me. We have a 15 and 16 Pro FXT but have bought can ams later because of the air boxes. With all the complaints and failures, I can't believe they would stick with that design.

They have msrp on the website, just under $20K for the 1000.

                  From Kawasaki's website:

Maintaining your vehicle just got easier with improved access to the oil filter, dipstick and air filter. The air filter on the MULE™ PRO 1000 side x sides are now 80% larger than that of the MULE PRO series. In addition, the new air intake system provides cleaner air to help keep your vehicle running at full potential.

Diff lock, air intake rerouted to the back, Kawie motor, 65mph top speed... be interesting to see the reviews over the next year.
