The Bible I read does not read like there are other "alien", non-human species anywhere else in the universe. The one, singular Son of God, Jesus, was incarnated as a HUMAN and will be a HUMAN everlastingly. That is the promise of the Holy Scriptures. His becoming HUMAN with us is how we are "saved". There is no other Jesus other than the embodied, now-glorified, human Jesus.

well i heard of an interview of verner von braun back in the sixties and he said the government was going to use the russians to scare people into build up the military then they were going to use terrorists as the bad guys then when that ran out it would be space aliens. now i don’t know if he really said that or not but the powers that be always have had to have a boogieman to keep people scared and under control.

I am going to go out on a limb and say even if i saw a picture, video, or the actual ufo in person that i would believe it was "real". Technology is so advanced now, so easy to make a fake picture, video, or relic. I mean people used to believe David Blane could levitate. How would i be able to in my limited capacity as an average person be able to tell the difference between a real alien spaceship vs a sophisticated movie prop?

Look at it this way. It takes forever for people to give up on stupid beliefs. Heck some still think the world is flat and bigfoot(s) still roam the woods. Since there's no way to ever prove aliens don't exist these people will always believe they do. Doesn't matter how far into space we travel or can eventually see with massive telescopes. They'll simply say that's only a tiny fraction and doesn't count. Even if one day we can see 10,000 times further than today.

an alien is nothing more that a being you have not seen and interacted with before.

our planet is the only one in our solar system that has the proper temperature fluctuations to sustain life as we know it.

within the past 100 years we've made it into space and to an extend a few neighboring planets ..

as we get better and faster at it due to technology exponential improvements , we should be capable of leaving our solar system soon , and maybe even discover another planet with similar characteristics and atmosphere ..

when that happens and assuming there is a more primitive life form there, we will be ET to them .. and we more likely will do all that is possible not to disturb their own mental stability.
