    Rackulator---Any Results

Anyone use a rackulator and how accurate were the results. If it was accurate it would save a lot of time when you have a lot of deer to score.

Rackulator electronically scores antlers and horns. No guesswork! Get your big game animal's antlered or horned score fast, easily, and accurately.

What did you not like about the one you used? Was it not user friendly, score was different your hand measures?

My friend ordered one and it seems to do an ok job. Its not a very user friendly contraption from what I have seen when he used it. I think with practice and watching the DVD that comes with it a dozen or so times most people should be able to work it fairly well. From what I recall every deer he has scored with it has been a little bigger when he put the actual tape to the horns. My vote is stick with the tape.

I have a 4 tape, and a free piece of small diameter cable that works just as good if not better.

It's kinda hard to beat a real tape and calculator.

AMEN!!! I feel like all these rack-u whatevers and the trophy-score thingys take the fun and anticipation out of putting the measurements down on paper and tallying them up for the final score. JMHO.

TTHA has a good little scoring package. I don't remember what it cost, not alot, that came with tape, cable, score sheets, calculator, and a pouch to keep it all in. Cable and a yard stick work the best.

I prefer a tape calculator and wire too.
