Our mom and pop store has baby back ribs for that price, about every two months. I always buy a good supply. Our Kroger typically has briskets that low on holidays.

I have to check my HEB and see if they are on sale. Heck at that price you could grind for great burgers. Those choice briskets make great chopped bbq.

Yes it does, I did a prime and one of these side by side. Everything the same way, and prime was way better. It was only 20 bucks more.
