I have an elderly neighbor lady who has a 2006 f250 lariat 6.0 diesel 4x4 It’s a 2 owner tuck that Looks brand new inside and out with 140k miles. In this market what would be a decent price?

The first thing anyone that knows about that truck is going to do is bullet proof it, and that’s going to cost some money. That 6.0 diesel is a good engine after some work but a stock one at 17-18 years old is going to turn some people off, no matter how nice it is.
Just my opinion. Hell, tell her to start out in the low to mid 20k range. She might well get it but she’ll likely end up sitting on it for a while with minimal interest.

I can't help with price, in these times I wouldn't sell my 2006 F350 6.0, I have close to 300k.
Has it been bulletproofed ($10,000)? By chance do you have a gauge to display coolant temp and oil temp? Have receipts/proof of maintenance?
Crew cab, long bed
Expensive to maintain, somewhat. This past weekend I redid brakes, shocks/stabilizer (2nd time since brand new), $1k. I've done all PM myself, paint on hood and roof are fading. Pulls our 38ft 5th wheel just fine.
If I put it into NADA correctly $10-$11k, didn't enter any options except for your initial post. If I needed a truck, and it's as nice as you stated, I wouldn't hesitate for that price, just realize you WILL need to replace the oil cooler at some point, address the fuel connections, head studs/gaskets, possibly injectors, EGR (hint), at some point.
Some others may have more input/contradictory, but don't fall for the "6.No" reply's.
