How many pounds should I buy?

mexican short ribs. A cut of meat taken across the ribs. Looks like a thick slab of meaty bacon with some cross sections of rib in it. Super good.

10lbs. Then have great leftovers the rest of the week. 4lbs should do it if you dont want leftovers.

The price of these has gone thru the roof over the years but I still always buy way more than needed, they warm up great, I say at least 10lbs as well
