I need some help arranging kids names

My SIL's father has terminal brain cancer. I came up with an idea to make him something special. I ordered a bunch of old kids block letters and want to make the names of his grandkids into a crossword type puzzle. I need some help arranging the name into one that looks good.

Kipp
Kohl
Gage
Hudson
Colten
Ada
Fisher

They have some online crossword puzzle makers that I've used for class...you just enter the answers (names in your case) and it builds it for you
