    Bulk Fresh Oysters: Longview Area

Anyone know where I could buy about 10-12 dozen fresh oysters in the Longview area?

1 dozen? Doesn’t sound like bulk.

What your looking for is a boat sack and that will be tricky in your area with out a local seafood market. You may have to head over into LA. I’ll p.m my oyster man’s number and see if he can recommend someone in your area.

Farmers seafood in Shreveport might be your best bet!! I’ve bought oysters at Fresh in Tyler but they were frozen. Wouldn’t do that again unless I was in a bind.

IMO 'fresh' is not obtainable in longview texas unless they get on an airplane. But I'm probably spoiled when it comes to seafood

Sorry, but there is no such thing as Fresh oysters that far north, unless you have them flown in

Now you got me wanting some "east texas fresh" chargrilled oysters.

When you grow up eating them right off the reef after a duck hunt or getting shrimp off the boat as it ties up
