Hunting north of comanche?

Looking at a deer lease north of town of comanche tx.
Any input on that area? Pigs and deer population good?

Tough hunting due to pressure and deer nocturnal. But I’m sure there is a good deer in the area.

Should be plenty of deer and hogs if you have good cover. Wheat fields will attract lots of deer in that area. There is a lot of pressure but you can expect bucks in the 120-140 range if you have good neighbors.

South of Comanche is better than north of Comanche. Have hunted both sides. Currently have a place south of town and we have really good deer
