Does anyone have any experience with base camp leases on the web. There's one I'm interested in but not sure. He very well could be a great guy to work with but I just would like to have info going in before we proceed. Thanks in advance.
I get their emails but never dealt with them. Always way more than I’m willing to pay.
But I have heard if you lease a place, you got to sign some kind of agreement that you won’t go deal with the LO directly once the contract is up.
