Need a Medical Malpractice Attorney in DFW

Any suggestions? Basically have had 4 shoulder surgeries in 12 months when Abilene TX Dr screwed me up on Surgery #1. Surgery #4 with a Dallas Baylor Shoulder Specialist has me on the mend now BUT life has been hell since Dec 9, 2021.

Anyone know a DFW junkyard dog attorney that does Medical Malpractice cases?

I am tired of pain & being the "understanding patient"!

Thanks & PM me if you want to!!!

126 now and none here. Sorry for the pain you've been through. I dont know the circumstances surrounding your botched surgery so I cant really pray for an outcome but I will pray for your peace and continued healing.
Dear Lord give this man peace and rest in the Truth of Your Word. Please continue his healing and remove his pain. Surround him with Your angels to guide him in the process of finding counsel.
      In Jesus Name, Amen

Good luck finding a lawyer for medical malpractice. The limits you can sue for are not worth it. We had a oral surgeon break my wife's condyle and wired her up and said he did a text book job. Well not sure what text book he learned his dental skills from. She got to the point not to be able to open her mouth more than a half inch. She had two choices of a liquid diet for the rest of her life or total jaw replacement. They had only performed like only 50 total jaw replacements at the time. She chose total jaw replacement and has two titituim jaw bones. She still has pain and numbness. Even though we had documentation from the Presdent of the oral surgeons of American stating this was definately a malpractice case no attorneys would take the case. Good luck finding an attorney.

We looked into it for something once... I will give you everything that I learned going thru that process myself.

In Texas, if they messed up but tried to fix it the best they could, the doctor will win.

Good luck with your recovery. It probably is not worth your time to sue. The state is highly in the favor of the doctor.

With the caps on damages, most lawyers won't take the case. Not enough money for them. Unless you pay through a retainer.

Sorry for your situation. I research any specialist for a while before using them. If you look a malpractice deaths in the US alone it is staggering. Just the amount of tools and medical supplies left inside of surgical patients is unreal

Thanks to all contributors. It isn't keeping me down but it is just the principle of the matter.

Yes in Texas damages are capped and there aren't at ton of ambulance chasers these days. Most of them are in it for the volume play. They sue everyone and hope some will settle for 50-100K here in there. I guess it makes for a good living if you are the attorney but the plaintiff usually doesn't get much of anything.
