Opinions on new Silverado/Sierra

They look sharp but I have sworn off GM for the second time because I no longer enjoy working on automobiles. I was once a believer with the 57. I know the person I sold it to and he used it up till 81. I bought a 1972 with the 350 and did nothing but work on it. Tried again with a 1989 and had the same experience becoming very familiar with transmission jacks. I have had better experiences with Fords.

If I could do it over again I would get the 6.2 motor since the gas mileage is similar.
