Stillwater Ok at Lake Carl Blackwell

Pretty neat looking lake with overnight loops and what looks like annual loops as well.

Nice spot! I bet that water is red in the morning![emoji23] I was up in eastern Oklahoma this morning (Wister), there is some truly beautiful country up there.

We went to Lake Murray with friends for New Years, which was a nice short trip. Like to go back in summer.

Had to take the trailer to Santa Anna for a funeral situation 2 weeks ago, and experienced a roof bubble situation.[emoji35]

Luckily there was never any leakage, and it’s been Moser proofed. Short trip to Jellystone in Burleson last weekend for a baseball tournament that was shortened by rain.

Dragging to Austin to watch Horns baseball for my son’s birthday Friday.

Another baseball tourney with friends next weekend out by Possum Kingdom Lake…can’t wait for that one at Rock Creek Camp, and their new pool.

Memorial Day baseball tourney at KOA in OKC.

Sometime in June we’ll be in Grapevine camping for a week.

After that…I think I’m gonna put our rig on the market and get ready to upgrade…[emoji24]

              She’s a beaute Clark!

              Seriously great looking rig.

Sounds like you got a plenty packed summer between now and then.

We had a bolt delay today. Looking at the TPMS on the truck I noticed one tire was down to 61 pounds pulled over and sure enough we had something to deal with.

$25.07 (plus my wife’s $10 tip to the tech) at IN *CK TIRE & AUTO, LL, MOUNDRIDGE, KS. For a plug job got us back on the road lickety split.

Made it to the I-80 campground in North Platter Nebraska right before a storm.

Decent enough lay over if headed northward[emoji1303]

Good looking layout! You given any thought to 5th wheel?

Good choice going with Grand Design. We absolutely love our 31MB 5th wheel.

I have, but it just doesn’t work for me. The shop I hope to build in the next year will have a lean to on the side for trailer storage, and it would have to be fully 2 feet taller for a fifth wheel. I also have a large toolbox on my truck that would have to go, and I don’t feel like downsizing that yet. I also really like having my truck bed for toys, tools, or other gear.

Yeah, I'd rather PULL a 5th wheel, but I can live with the bumper pull for now. The rest of the deal just doesn't fit for us currently.

We are headed out on the 31st, first trip in almost 7 months way to long. Should be in Carlsbad, NM by 4-5PM and staying for 4 days. Gonna visit Guadalupe Mountains and of course the cave, we have never taken the kids to that one. Then onto Davis Mountains for a few days and then over to Junction for a little river camping. The last days we will be on the Nueces River at the ole Big Oak River Camp. Going to be a long trip, I will make sure and upload some pictures.

                              Good morning everyone!!!
I am thinking of camping at Lady Bird Park in Fredericksburg over the 4th of July to see the Fireworks show and see the Parade downtown.
Will any of you guy's possibly be down on that weekend?

not that weekend but Lady Bird is a great park, FYI last year the sticker burrs were way worse than normal there.
