I got a gift certificate for Porter Road & they shipped it in a Styrofoam with frozen ice bags.
I have a couple of those thick styrofoam containers. Thinking frozen bags also and maybe dry ice. Might check for UPS restrictions if dry ice is an issue.

Recently shipped some frozen ducks to Alabama - be warned it was muy expensive! UPS overnight for a 15x15x15 cooler was $260.
Wrap in newspaper or something similar and pack in styrofoam cooler. The smaller the cooler, the better as it get exponentially more expensive the bigger the container. I did not use dry ice for the ducks but we have used it to ship food items and food was still frozen solid when it arrived 2 days later.
FYI, you don’t have to put the cooler in a box. Just tape up good and put your labels right on it.
Wife uses Pirateship.com for either USPS or UPS for her business.
You can pick the cheapest route and print your own labels. It is based on dimensions and weight.
My friend ships us wagyu all the time. (Shameless plug for g5 cattle company). It comes in a box with an emergency blanket, then foam, then the beef, with ice packs in there with it. Hasn’t ever been thawed out so I guess that’s a Good combination.
