Josh Smith playing SS and hitting 2 hole gave me pause, but that dude was good tonight.

Garcia drives me a little crazy, but that arm is pretty wicked.

I like Josh Smith. Hopefully he can find a position. Jung isn't going anywhere. I don't really think Smith is an outfielder. Maybe if he learned to catch 'well enough' he could play everyday at a different position ala IKF. He's pretty well blocked at all positions in the Ranger infield except in case of injury. I think he can play. We'll see...

I'm afraid you're right on the infield, but I'll take him in the outfield over Grossman all day. I don't know much about Grossman prior to this year, but he has been a butcher in the OF so far.

I can’t believe Baker left the starter in so long….

To clarify, I think Dusty Baker is a moron to start with….and I still couldn’t believe he watched his starter load the bases with no outs in the 7th, walk one in, and give up a hit to Robbie Grossman of all people….before he pulled the starter with around 100 pitches.

That was odd, even for him.
