Mexico deer lease-1 spot available

I’m looking for 1 person to fill my ranch south of sabina’s about 8 miles. The Santa Margarita ranch is 6,000 acres, We are putting 5 guns on it at 4k each, plus feed. We will probably feed 2k-3k each in feed. 1 trophy 6.5 yr min, and 1 management deer per hunter. Year round lease tons of dove and Quail very on the rains. It’ll be open stands nothing dedicated. The accommodations are first class. The house is on the Sabina’s river with huge cypress trees. House is about 4 miles from pavement. Electric. The ranch is already setup with 8 stands, pins, and feeders. We got protein and cotton going about a month ago. This is past the second checkpoint. Less hunting pressure. There’s a big house with power. This ranch has about 2 miles of Sabina’s river frontage. I’ve got a bunch of the deer pics from next door, which I hunted last year and will be on this year too. Text me and I’ll send them, hard on this website. This ranch is in red dirt from the little volcano, this ranch goes to the top of it. The area is known for producing some heavy horns.
