Thanks. Shane is the pilot and picks up all the stags with his heli. Just adds to the overall greatness of the trip. Still smiling from the trip. It was more than I expected. Should have the stag back in the states in 3 months.

I hunted on the North Island. Alpine is about 2 hours North of Palmerston North.

Very nice! I'd love to go there someday to hunt and fish. I feel like I'd fit in pretty well, seeing as how 97% of the men there are named Shane, it seems. Must be a really cool place.
