This time of year, when everything is greening up, do you find the axis doing a disappearing act?

Yes, in comparison to winter when they need the feeders more. I still have some coming to feeders, but they are graz Big on the new growth right now.

Where is it that everything is green???? It sure is not that way in Sonora! We need rain baaaaaaaaaaaaad!!!!!!!!!!!
And yes, if there is lots of other stuff for them to eat, they will not come to the feeders as much.

They will also disappear quickly when your greedy neighbor traps them all too..

Had a few good rains at my place near Del Rio recently. That got the green up going. Needs lots more rain in that area as well
