Bologna burnt ends is what I heard it called. Blooming sounds better. Definitely makes more sense. Either way it's pretty good. It'll make your stomach hurt if you eat a whole one of those. Be careful.

Many meat markets, and some restaurant supply places open to the public, carry it also. I gotta buddy that smokes it whole when he fires up the smoker for parties, along with ribs, venison sausages and brats, stuffed backstraps, stuffed peppers, and all kinds of other goodies. He's got a pretty big smoker.
I don't buy bolo anymore. Used to eat it all the time back when I was first married. Then became a peanut and jelly sandwich man for lunch because it was cheaper, till the price of peanut butter went up. Two P&J sandwiches everyday for 10 years at lunchtime for work. Not because I wanted to. Just trying to save the family some coin for other stuff we needed. Bolo sandwiches were much appreciated treat on a Saturday afternoon sammich back then.
Never forget where you once were/you're from, where you are now, and where you can/could go/wind up.
