We would pull up to an area that had dogs, set up and they would all take cover. The only ones we could see after that were 400 yards and further. I’m no expert, but consider myself a decent shot. Trying to hit a prairie dog at 400 + yards in 25-40 mph wind was just crazy.

I did kill 3 or 4, but it was pretty miserable.

Much better day today. Winds were better.

Lots more action. Shots were 250 yards and longer. Lots more targets. Lots more casualties.
