I love my Sitka equinox guard pant and hoody. It has insect shield with has permethrin in it. It definitely works to knock the bugs down and it’s comfy enough to be a base layer or an outer layer when it’s warm.
It's not on your list, but my favorite pants right now are the Stone Glacier De Havilland Lite pants. The leg zippers are longer than any other brands I've seen and are money for dumping heat when you're walking or early season sitting. Like wearing a pair of shorts. I wear them for elk, turkey, and all early season stuff.
FWIW I have several of the First Lite pants too. I'll still wear them, but I'll grab the SG pants first every time for the situations you're asking about.
Whatever I wear I coat them with permethrin the night before. Once things green up the ticks are likely to emerge and you are a magnet for them sitting on the ground at the base of a tree.
Kuiu Attack pants have served me well. A little warm but the hip vents dump heat pretty well. Also have some Kuhl pants, can't remember the model off hand but they are very light and very durable. Revolvr or Renegade.. not 100% sure which ones I have.
