I have had knives sharpened by people who own them and they put on a stupid sharp edge. Always wanted one but couldn’t justify it however they do have a more affordable line now.

I’ve had one for 7-8 years. Love mine, but rarely use it. I typically reprofile and edge every 2-3 years with it, and then just touch it up with a steel between sharpenings. Probably actually use it only 2-3 times a year on various knives, but rarely use it on the same on the same knife.Comment
